On The Beach To Offer Free Covid Tests For Holiday Bookings

If you’re in the market for some winter sun, but have been put off by the ongoing covid issues, On The Beach might be a tempting offer right now. The popular holiday package provider has sat out the summer season, and has only just returned to offering sun breaks.

And, as part of their post-covid return to business, they’re offering free covid tests to bookings before they fly. As we’ve seen here at Gone Travelling, there is a lot more to consider for travel during the covid pandemic. Including the requirements of a negative PCA test before flying.

These PCA tests can be an inconvenient additional expense and logistical headache before your well earned holiday. So On The Beach are hoping that the free tests will tempt those that have been put off by the need to organise them.

Whats the deal?

For bookings made before October 2021, On The Beach will provide antigen tests at least 48 hours before departure on holiday, and one on return to the UK.

On The Beach have partnered with travel testing provider Collinson, which is UKAS approved, to send tests via tracked delivery. A the moment, the offer is valid for any breaks taking place in 2021 that are booked during the month of September.

Tests are available for customers travelling to Spain, Cyprus and Greece.

Holidays With On The Beach

On The Beach offer the classic package holiday, often in resort hotels with a choice of self catering all the way up to all inclusive. Customers can choose to either book the whole package, normally at very competitive rates, or just buy the accomodation package and organise their own flights and transfers.

We have previously used On The Beach, and found them to be very affordable and of good quality. Their customer support was also excellent, and the site is very easy to use.

Most of their deals are in package holiday hotspots, which is great if you’re just looking for a week or so by the pool. We do recommend looking at their offers if you’re in the market, especially as we’re now outside of the peak summer holiday period.

Check out On The Beach and see if you can find your late summer holiday bargain.
